Literacy program for our employees
The literacy program aims to promote and strengthen education, particularly that of our staff, and extend educational options to those who have lost the opportunity to access formal education and/or are above school age. Through this program, we raise their self-esteem, allowing them to feel more confident, which leads to an improved quality of life.
